We had a great experience staying at Pension Heino. the manager was wonderful and attentive, and the owner was very friendly. Our room was comfortable, with a balcony and a view of the mountains. the breakfast provided was good, and the WiFi worked well. we received a bus pass and a pass for 3 lifts, including the Arctic Express, which was an amazing deal. it was a reasonably priced hotel with parking and convenient access to Saas-Fee and other nearby resorts.
Nothing all good. 😊

We being Indians have very specific food type. I requested my meal to be warmed which I had carried from home. They happily did it and was very cooperative. Even had a choice in our breakfast menu.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Saas-Grund. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a great view of the mountains. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast provided was delicious. We also received a bus pass to get to Saas-Fee and a pass for the lifts, including the Arctic Express, for a great deal. The hotel was also conveniently located near the bus stop and restaurants in the center of town.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The owners of Pension Heino were incredibly accommodating and made our stay as easy as possible (allowing late check-in, access to a shower/room after we checked out so that we could change after our final day on the slopes, providing us with all the information we needed to make our trip go smoothly). Great bedrooms, fantastic breakfasts.

I had a great value for my money at Pension Heino. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and a stunning view. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the bus stop, supermarket, and cable car. The staff, especially Mrs. Heino, was friendly, helpful, and made me feel like a friend rather than just a guest.
Food for breakfast could have been better if coffee was provided in the room instead of a communal area. It would have been more convenient, especially after a long hike.

Our first impression was very good. The owner Golda spoke english and was very friendly and helpful; as were the rest of the staff. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Our room was very clean and perfect for for our requirements. Breakfast was good and we had our evening meal there too on several nights. We stayed for 4 nights as we were attending my nephews wedding. The whole area is beautiful and Pension Heino is set in a quiet location but central to everywhere. We would highly recommend the Heino to any visitor.

Our stay at this cozy hotel was definitely worth the money. The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony and a breathtaking view. The owner was incredibly friendly, offering great recommendations for dinner and providing helpful tips for our day trip to Zermatt. The homemade jam at breakfast was a hit with our kids and the hot chocolate was a delightful treat. a highly recommended experience at Pension Heino.

The location was awesome, right near the ski lifts and plenty of other winter sports activities. We had a blast trying out ice climbing and hitting the snowshoe trails. And guess what? They even had archery and ice skating at the hotel! Talk about non-stop fun! Plus, the hotel was super close to Saas-Grund-Kreuzboden Cable Car and Saas-Grund Ski Resort, so getting around was a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better adventure-packed vacation.
The only thing that could've made our stay even more lit would be if the hotel had a party room or organized some fun events for us young party-goers. It would've been awesome to have some social activities where we could meet other young travelers and have a blast together.
